Products and capabilities. Protein powders, electrolyte and shake mixes, bottled beverages, vitamins, minerals and supplements. Relevant formulation, powder blending, packaging, private-label production and food or beverage co-manufacturing are also of interest.

Profitability. Low margins, breakeven or losses can be considered where there is established demand and a credible opportunity to improve operations.

Structure. A full acquisition is preferred, with a strong preference for seller financing. This buyer does not prefer retained seller equity.

Product exclusions. Alcohol, cannabis, CBD and adult products are outside this buyer’s scope.

The revenue focus is a starting point for discussion, not a universal threshold for every product category or manufacturing business.
